After School & School Vacations
The After-School Program (ASP) is available Monday through Friday 2-6 p.m. when school is in session. Girls Inc. provides unstructured time and structured programs.
Members arrive at our center via:
- contracted transportation,
- drop-off, or
- school bus.
Upon arrival, members sign-in and are offered a healthy snack. They are given informal time to decompress from the school day, work on homework, and socialize with other members and staff in a supervised but unstructured setting. Members are also offered structured programs that allow them to learn to take leadership roles, improve their health and fitness, and further their education. State child care assistance is accepted, and financial aid is available.
